"A Not so Crystal Clear Destiny"
What if Sailor Moon had been kidnapped and brain washed by the Negaverse instead of Tuxedo Mask? What would Darien have done? Who would take over as the leader of the Sailor Scouts? How would Serena's family and other friends react to her disappearance? These are just a few of the questions that I intend to answer in this story of what if.

Darien knelt beside Serena and lovingly cradled her head in his lap. "Serena, my beloved princess, please wake up." He gently brushed a few stray hairs from her face and gazed at her.
"Take you hands off her," demanded Malachite, "She is My wife!" He pulled himself to her feet; careful not to show how badly he was injured.
"No, Malachite. She and I were betrothed to one another one thousand years ago. She is my love…my family…my life."
"Nice sentiments, but you can't deny our marriage. You, yourself, saw the ceremony and she said 'I do'," Malachite grinned at the point he made.
"You did not marry this girl. You married a confused, brainwashed girl who no longer exists. Do you honestly think that once she wakes up she'll remember you in the same way?"
"Reprogramming her will be simple, we had to do it once already. And guess what, she was the same Selenite after as she was before," Malachite became pensive, "We are left with one problem, however…"
"Oh yeah? What's that," Darien snapped.
"You!" Malachite let lose a blast of energy aimed right at Darien.
Darien quickly leaned over Serena, shielding her from the blast while taking it all on himself.
Malachite stumbled back a couple steps, clutching his side, the extent of his injuries now apparent. "Too weak," he muttered to himself.
The Scouts rushed over to Darien and Serena. Mercury activated her visor to check their vital signs; "Serena is still in shock, no further injuries. Darien is fine as well, just stunned, he'll come to in a little while."
"That's a relief." Jupiter said.
"You can say that again," Mars replied.
Venus looked at Darien and Serena, "They look so cute together," she smiled.
The other Scouts turned and looked at her in disbelief.
"Well," she developed a gigantic sweat drop on her head, "They do…"
Venus was suddenly sent flying into a wall, leaving an indent from where she hit.
"Venus!"
The Scouts turned their attention from her to Malachite who was breathing heavily after his exertion. "They… do…Not…look cute…together! Selenite…is...My wife…"
"Mercury, go check on Venus. Me and Jupiter will watch him."
Mercury nodded to Mars, readjusted her visor, and ran over to Venus. "Venus, can you hear me?" After receiving no response she quickly set to work on checking her vital signs. "Mina, no…please wake up," Mercury pleaded. "Her vital signs are failing fast," she yelled back to Mars and Jupiter.
Malachite smiled, very pleased at his handy work. Jupiter glared at him with clenched teeth and fists, concentrating on restraining herself from kicking in his head.
"Mercury…"
She looked at Venus' body, it hadn't moved.
"Y-yes, Venus…"
"Take the wand, protect it and the royal couple." Venus was using the last of her strength to speak telepathically, "Do not let the enemy win. I'm counting on you…"
The wand appeared in front of Mercury. She picked it up and stored it away. "I won't let you down," she whispered. Mercury then stood and walked back to the others. "She's gone…"
Malachite chuckled evilly, "One brat down, three to go…"

Will Malachite live up to his words to kill all the Scouts? And if he does who will be the next to go? Can't tell you that yet! You just have to wait til the next installment of "A Not So Crystal Clear Destiny"
Konichiwa, minna!^_^ (Hi, everyone!) How's it going? Pretty good here. I'm glad that I finally got Part 21 up, school's becoming a bit difficult right now. The Priestess must pass two of her classes this semester in order to graduate in June. So I'll try my best to update as often as I can ^_^
Also for a little while I'll be sharing my comp with my good friend who is like a sissy to me. She doesn't have a comp of her own and so will practically be living with me while we do our projects. So if you see her please say hi and make her feel at home. ^_^
