Welcome to the My-Jong Law-Horn(Mi Zong Luohan Gongfu) School Of Seattle. At our school both beginners and experienced martial artists can learn traditional chinese martial arts. The school's purpose is to teach traditional Chinese kung fu  (gongfu) while emphasizing three major areas of development:

• Offensive/defensive techniques and partner drills
• Traditional forms practice
• Sparring
