The Department of Civil Engineering offers contemporary educational
programs and a faculty poised to deliver quality engineering education.
The undergraduate Program leading to a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Civil Engineering is accredited by the Engineering Board for
Engineering and Technology, Inc. Studies leading to a Master of
Engineering Degree are also offered.
Civil Engineering is the planning, design and construction of
systems and physical facilities necessary to maintain and improve
our society. The department offers specialization in environmental,
geotechnical, structures, transportation, and water resources
engineering.
