Eggs Ptarmigan
Slice hard boiled eggs into undiluted soup with sherry added and heat carefully. Heat muffins in frying pan (buttered on both sides). Prepare bacon or ham. Place cheese slice, ham (or bacon) on English muffin and top with a few tablespoons of egg mixture. Sprinkle with curry powder, dill or paprika. Serve with lots of other breakfast goodies. Delicious! Serves 4
- 6 eggs (hard boiled)
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. very dry sherry
- 1 tin ham slices or canadian bacon
- 1 pkg. Enlish muffins (4-6)
- 1 pkg. cheese slices
- optional (curry powder, dill or paprika)
Strip and Go Naked Punch
In blender, if possible, add beer first, then add frozen lemonade concentrate and vodka. Blend 30 seconds or less. Serve over ice. Also, do not tell others what the ingredients are until they taste it. It tastes great!
- 2 (12 oz.) cans beer
- 6 oz. vodka
- 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
