*Size Increase
- 1/2 inch in calves (Both Legs)
- 1 inch in thighs (Both Legs)
*Speed Increase
- .21 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
- .18 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
- .13 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time
*Foot Speed Increase
- Average 2.5 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)
*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase
- 3 inch increase in vertical leap
- 2 inch increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
- 5* increase in hamstring flexibility
- 5* increase in quadricep flexibility
- 1/4 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
- I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight
*Soccer Skill Increase
- Went from a high of 5 juggles to a high of 13 juggles
*Conditioning Increase
- Went from a 9:40 minute mile to a 7:45 minute mile
- Made it to the 15mph Club
