QFS Level I SOCCER RESULTS

9 Week Time Period

*Size Increase

  1. 1/2 inch in calves (Both Legs)
  2. 1 inch in thighs (Both Legs)

*Speed Increase

  1. .21 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .18 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .13 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Average 2.5 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 3 inch increase in vertical leap
  2. 2 inch increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 5* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 5* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1/4 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight

*Soccer Skill Increase

  1. Went from a high of 5 juggles to a high of 13 juggles

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 9:40 minute mile to a 7:45 minute mile
  2. Made it to the 15mph Club
