Flexibility

Flexibility is an integral part of any program. A good warm-up and stretch before the workout, followed by a warm-down and stretch afterwards, will stimulate muscle growth and allow the body to reecover quicker.

Areas to indorporate into any stretching program:

  • Hamstring
  • Quadricep
  • Inner Thigh
  • Lower Back
  • Stomach
  • Arms
  • Shoulders

Remember: The key to any stretching program, just as in any workout program, is consistency. Stretching should be a daily activity.
