- .17 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
- .18 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
- .19 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time
*Foot Speed Increase
- Average 1.5 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)
*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase
- 1 1/2 inch increase in vertical leap
- 4 inch increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
- 6* increase in hamstring flexibility
- 3* increase in quadricep flexibility
- 2 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
*Conditioning Increase
- Went from a 8:30 minute mile to a 7:00 minute mile
- Made it to the 21mph Club
