*Size Increase

  1. 1 1/2 inches in claves (Both Legs)
  2. 2 inches in thighs (Both Legs)

*Speed Increase

  1. .17 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .18 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .19 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Average 1.5 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 1 1/2 inch increase in vertical leap
  2. 4 inch increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 6* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 3* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 2 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 8:30 minute mile to a 7:00 minute mile
  2. Made it to the 21mph Club
