"My name is Robin Clement and I am 16 years old. I am a softball pitcher from Lafayette High. The Program, Quicker, Faster, Stronger has made a major improvement in my softball abilities. Just after a couple of sessions I could see that I was pirching better and running faster. I was beating people I never beat in running races and I could run greater distances without firing out as fast. My reactions to ground balls as well as fly balls has improved. Scott, Craig and the others have helped me develop better skills and become a better athlete mentally and physically. They have pushed me to new limits that has boosted my self- confidence and my self-discipline. Quicker, Faster, Stronger has made me a better overall athlete and I recommend it to any athlete who is serious about wanting to get better."

9 Week Time Period

*Size Increase

  1. 1 inch in calves (Both Legs)
  2. 1 inch in thighs (Both Legs)
  3. Lost 9 lbs.

*Strength Increase

  1. 0 lb. increase in all 4 exercises on multi-hip machine
  2. 70 lb. increase on leg curl machine
  3. 70 lb. increase in calve raises

*Speed Increase

  1. .44 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .31 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .19 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test (averaged 7 extra touches per exercise)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 3 1/2 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 3 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 21* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 5* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1/2 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from an 14:00 minute mile to a 9:00 minute mile
