- 1 1/2 inches in thighs (Both Legs)
*Strength Increase
- 30 lb. increase in all 4 exercises on multi-hip machine
- 30 lb. increase on leg curl machine
- 30 lb. increase in calve raise
*Speed Increase
- .38 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
- .13 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
- .10 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time
*Foot Speed Increase
- Average 4 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)
*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase
- 2 inches increase in vertical leap
- 2 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
- 8* increase in hamstring flexibility
- 7* increase in quadricep flexibility
- 3/4 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
- I.T. Band flexibility from tight to good
*Conditioning Increase
- Went from a 13:00 minute mile to a 9:00 minute mile
