- 1 inch in calves (Both Legs)
- 3 inches in thighs (Both Legs)
- Gained 3 lb.
*Strength Increase
- 80 lb. increase in all 4 exercises on multi-hip machine
- 90 lb. increase on leg curl machine
- 70 lb. increase in calve raises
*Speed Increase
- .45 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
- .80 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
- .15 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time
*Foot Speed Increase
- Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test (averaged 6 extra touches per exercise)
*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase
- 3 inches increase in vertical leap
- 6 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
- 14* increase in hamstring flexibility
- 5* increase in quadricep flexibility
- 1 1/4 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
- I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to good
*Soccer Skill Increase
- Went from 17 to 48 juggles in left foot only
- Went from 11 to 18 juggles in head only
- Went from 23 to 41 juggles in right to left combination
- Went from 47 to 71 regular juggles (even in regular juggling, weak foot must touch the ball every 4th touch)
