QFS Level I SOCCER RESULTS

Program: Soccer

*Size Increase

  1. 1 1/2 inches in calves (Both Legs)
  2. 3 1/4 inches in thighs (Both Legs)

*Speed Increase

  1. .54 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .53 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .43 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Average 4.5 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 4 1/4 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 4 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 6* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 5* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1/2 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight

*Soccer Skill Increase

  1. Went from a high of 7 juggles to a high of 15 juggles

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 10:00 minute mile to a 7:00 minute mile
  2. Made it to the 15 mph club
