- 1 1/2 inches in calves (Both Legs)
- 3 1/4 inches in thighs (Both Legs)
*Speed Increase
- .54 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
- .53 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
- .43 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time
*Foot Speed Increase
- Average 4.5 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)
*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase
- 4 1/4 inches increase in vertical leap
- 4 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
- 6* increase in hamstring flexibility
- 5* increase in quadricep flexibility
- 1/2 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
- I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight
*Soccer Skill Increase
- Went from a high of 7 juggles to a high of 15 juggles
*Conditioning Increase
- Went from a 10:00 minute mile to a 7:00 minute mile
- Made it to the 15 mph club
