QFS Level I SOCCER RESULTS

Program: Soccer
8 Week Time Period

*Size Increase

  1. 1/2 inch in claves (Both Legs)
  2. 1/2 inches in thighs (Both Legs)

*Speed Increase

  1. .27 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .17 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .14 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Average 3.5 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 3 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 3 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 13* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 5* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 2 1/2 inches increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 8:45 minute mile to a 6:00 minute mile
  2. Made it to the 19 mph club
