"I really enjoyed QFS! I think the easiest thing you had was the z-ball because almost every time I did the z-ball I usually finished it in less than seven minutes. Trust me, I didn't cheat either. I did every single one. The hardest think I think you had was the plyometrics. Boy, did I hate that. I hurt my calves a lot especially with those weird shoes on. The thing that was the most fun was the bungee cord. It was cool how I would just blast off. My favorite trainers were Sam and Scott. I know for sure that it made me Quicker, Faster, and Stronger!"




QFS Level I SOCCER RESULTS

4 Week Time Period

*Size Increase

  1. 1/2 inh in calves (Both Legs)
  2. 1 inch in thighs (Both Legs)

*Speed Increase

  1. .10 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .28 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .21 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test (averaged 5 extra touches per exercise)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 2 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 10 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 8* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 2* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1/2 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to good

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 10:00 minute mile to a 7:30 minute mile
