"I started QFS in February of 1999 with a great deal of reluctance. Of course around that same time every year I would make some half-hearted attempt at getting into shape for the new year. Knowing myself and my history of working out, I felt that the general conditioning program at QFS would be a perfect workout and I was right! I lacked the self-discipline to complete any long-term workout plans. I needed someone to motivate me and keep me on pace to not ony lose weight but to help me develop a new healthier lifestyle. I'm not going to lie, the first few sessions were extremely tough. The staff at QFS maintained a working knowledge of my strengths and weaknesses through daily progress reports. I was pushed to my personal limits each workout, it was just what I was looking for in a workout program."

*Size Increase

  1. 1 inch in claves (Both Legs)
  2. 1 inch in thighs (Both Legs)
  3. 3 1/2 inches decrease in waist
  4. 1 inch in arms (Both arms)
  5. 15 lbs.

*Flexibility Increase

  1. 9* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 7* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1/2 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 12:43 minute mile to a 8:30 minute mile
