"The program Quicker, Faster, Stronger, definitely lives up to its name. The z-ball helped me to dive and dig up the balls in volleyball. The plyometrics have improved my balance and, ultimately, I feel more comfortable performing several moves while dribbling the soccer ball. I think I have become faster because the treadmill workout with the incline of 25 degrees has forced me to now run with proper form: knees up and back straight. The conditioning on the treadmill has greatly increased my stamina because I am presently capable of running more on the field without becoming exhausted. My right foot has been strengthened so much with the bungee cord that a kicked ball into an opponent's abdomen from approximately a 15-yard distance required a pause in the game to check on her condition. My left foot has become much more powerful and more accurate as well."

  1. 1 inch in thighs (Both Legs)

*Strength Increase

  1. 60 lb. increase in all 4 exercises on multi-hip machine
  2. 60 lb. increase on leg curl machine
  3. 60 lb. increase in calve raise

*Speed Increase

  1. .21 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .16 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .16 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Average 3.5 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 2 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 3 1/2 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 6* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 8* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1/2 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from tight to good

*Soccer Skill Increase

  1. Went from a high of 23 juggles to a high of 34 juggles

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 9:00 minute mile to a 7:00 minute mile
  2. Made it to the 18 mph Club
