"The program Quicker, Faster, Stronger, definitely lives up to its name. The z-ball helped me to dive and dig up the balls in volleyball. The plyometrics have improved my balance and, ultimately, I feel more comfortable performing several moves while dribbling the soccer ball. I think I have become faster because the treadmill workout with the incline of 25 degrees has forced me to now run with proper form: knees up and back straight. The conditioning on the treadmill has greatly increased my stamina because I am presently capable of running more on the field without becoming exhausted. My right foot has been strengthened so much with the bungee cord that a kicked ball into an opponent's abdomen from approximately a 15-yard distance required a pause in the game to check on her condition. My left foot has become much more powerful and more accurate as well."
