- 60 lb. increase in all 4 exercises on multi-hip machine
- 40 lb. increase on leg curl machine
- 40 lb. increase in calve raise
*Speed Increase
- .45 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
- .23 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
- .18 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time
*Foot Speed Increase
- Average 4 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)
*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase
- 2 1/2 inches increase in vertical leap
- 3 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
- 6* increase in hamstring flexibility
- 8* increase in quadricep flexibility
- 1/2 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
- I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight
*Soccer Skill Increase
- Went from a high of 10 juggles to a high of 19 juggles
*Conditioning Increase
- Went from a 9:00 minute mile to a 7:18 minute mile
- Made it to the 19 mph club
