*Size Increase
- 1/4 inch in calves (Both Legs)
- 1/4 inches in thighs(Both Legs)
- Gained 5 lbs.
*Strength Increase
- 60 lb. increase in all 4 exercises on multi-hip machine
- 60 lb. increase on leg curl machine
- 80 lb. increase in calve raise
*Speed Increase
- .35 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
- .39 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
- .27 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time
*Foot Speed Increase
- Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test (averaged 6 extra touches per exercise)
*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase
- 6 inches increase in vertical leap
- 9 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
- 3*increase in hamstring flexibility
- 7* increase in quadricep flexibility
- 1/4 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
- I.T. Band flexibility from tight to good
*Soccer Skill Increase
- Went from a high of 6 juggles to a high of 13 juggles
*Conditioning Increase
- Went from a 10:00 minute mile to a 7:15minute mile
