*Size Increase
- 1 1/4 inches in calves (Both Legs)
- 1 1/2 inches in thighs (Both Legs)
*Speed Increase
- .15 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
- .18 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
- .09 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time
*Foot Speed Increase
- Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test (averaged 2 extra touches per exercise)
*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase
- 2 inches increase in vertical leap
- 4 1/2 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
- 3* increase in hamstring flexibility
- 3* increase in quadricep flexibility
- 1/4 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
- I.T. Band flexibility from tight to good
*Conditioning Increase
- Went from a mile-and-a-half in 15:00 minutes to a mile-and-a-half in 11:15 minutes
