10 Week Time Period

*Size Increase

  1. 1/2 inch in claves (Both Legs)
  2. 1/2 inches in thighs (Both Legs)

*Speed Increase

  1. .25 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .21 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .18 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Average 6.5 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 2 1/2 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 5 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 17* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 9* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight

*Soccer Skill Increase

  1. Went from a high of 8 juggles to a high of 15 juggles

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 9:40 minute mile to a 8:10 minute mile
  2. Made it to the 16 mph club
