"Having completed Level I of Quicker, Faster, Stronger, I have seen not only improvements in my game of soccer but also in my overall conditioning. I am noticeably faster than I was before and my conditioning has been greatly improved upon. I am now able to play the whole game without having to come out. QFS has also helped me to change my running form and has shown me a better technique which has helped me not only to run faster but just to flat out run for any length of time. I have enjoyed QFS immensely and plan to continue with it throughout Level II and beyond."

*Size Increase

  1. 1/2 inch in claves (Both Legs)
  2. 2 inches in thighs (Both Legs)

*Strength Increase

  1. 30 lb. increase in all 4 exercises on multi-hip machine
  2. 30 lb. increase on leg curl machine
  3. 30 lb. increase in calve raise

    *Speed Increase

    1. .29 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
    2. .28 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
    3. .19 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

    *Foot Speed Increase

    1. Average 4.5 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)

    *Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

    1. 3 1/2 inches increase in vertical leap
    2. 9 1/2 inches increase in broad jump
    *Flexibility Increase
    1. 5* increase in hamstring flexibility
    2. 6* increase in quadricep flexibility
    3. 1/2 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
    4. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight

    *Soccer Skill Increase

    1. Went from a high of 4 juggles to a high of 11 juggles

    *Conditioning Increase

    1. Went from a 12:00 minute mile to a 9:20 minute mile
    2. Made it to the 15 mph club
