*Size Increase
- 1/2 inch decrease in right calve and 1/2 inch decrease in left calve
- 1 3/4 inches in thighs (Both Legs)
*Speed Increase
- .04 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
- .10 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
- .13 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time
*Foot Speed Increase
- Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test (averaged 1.5 extra touches per exercise)
*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase
- 3/4 inch increase in vertical leap
- 11 1/2 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
- 3* increase in hamstring flexibility
- 2* increase in quadricep flexibility
*Soccer Skill Increase
- Went from a high of 50 juggles to a high of 65 juggles
*Conditioning Increase
- Went from a 15:00 minute mile-and-a-half to an 11:35 mile-and-a-half
