QFS Level II SOCCER RESULTS

Age: 12
Program: Soccer Level II
15 Week Time Period

*Size Increase

  1. 1/2 inch decrease in right calve and 1/2 inch decrease in left calve
  2. 1 3/4 inches in thighs (Both Legs)

*Speed Increase

  1. .04 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .10 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .13 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test (averaged 1.5 extra touches per exercise)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 3/4 inch increase in vertical leap
  2. 11 1/2 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 3* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 2* increase in quadricep flexibility

*Soccer Skill Increase

  1. Went from a high of 50 juggles to a high of 65 juggles

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 15:00 minute mile-and-a-half to an 11:35 mile-and-a-half
