"Quicker, Faster, Stronger will improve your skills for any sport. I play soccer and have improved tremendously. The treadmill has helped me become faster and I can last longer with the conditioning. My coach and team mates couldn't believe how fast I got. The z-ball has helped with my hand-eye coordination. It may be aggravating, but now I react quicker to balls kicked at me. The resistance cord for kicks has helped me become stronger with both feet. I am kicking the ball harder and farther. There are seeral more exercises that help you and it will be to your advantage if you go."

*Strength Increase

  1. 50 lb. increase in all 4 exercises on multi-hip machine
  2. 40 lb. increase on leg curl machine
  3. 40 lb. increase in calve raise

*Speed Increase

  1. .40 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .32 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .11 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Average 3 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 2 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 3 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 8* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 9* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1/2 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from tight to good

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 10:00 minute mile to a 7:30 minute mile
  2. Made it to the 18 mph club
