"Quicker, Faster, Stronger will improve your skills for any sport. I play soccer and have improved tremendously. The treadmill has helped me become faster and I can last longer with the conditioning. My coach and team mates couldn't believe how fast I got. The z-ball has helped with my hand-eye coordination. It may be aggravating, but now I react quicker to balls kicked at me. The resistance cord for kicks has helped me become stronger with both feet. I am kicking the ball harder and farther. There are seeral more exercises that help you and it will be to your advantage if you go."
