And z-ball, I think, was the funnest. I feel my athletic abilities have increased in many ways thanks to the patience and encouragement from all of you. QFS Level I SOCCER RESULTS

Age: 13
Program: Soccer
8 Week Time Period

*Size Increase

  1. 1 inch in calves (Both Legs)
  2. 1/2 inch in thighs (Both Legs)

*Strength Increase

  1. 50 lb. increase in all 4 exercises on multi-hip machine
  2. 60 lb. increase on leg curl machine
  3. 60 lb. increase in calve raises

*Speed Increase

  1. .25 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .15 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .10 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test (averaged 7 extra touches per exercise)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 4 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 9 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 13* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 8* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1 1/4 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight

*Soccer Skill Increase

  1. Went from a high of 7 to a high of 14 juggles

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from an 9:30 minute mile to a 6:00 minute mile
