*Speed Increase
- .15 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
- .11 of a second decrease in 30yd. dash time
- .15 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time
*Foot Speed Increase
- Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test (averaged 8 extra touches per exercise)
*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase
- 3 1/2 inches increase in vertical leap
- 6 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
- 6* increase in hamstring flexibility
- 9* increase in quadricep flexibility
- 1 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
- I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight
*Conditioning Increase
- Went from a 7:30 minute mile to a 5:35 minute mile
