"As the president of Quicker, Faster, Stronger I realize the importance of getting the results we claim. I knew I was in pretty good shape to start, but I wanted to see what kind of results I would get. I also had to prove the claim I make to the athletes that I can train "anything you can do, I can do better." I was amazed at not only my results, but the difference in my overall skills. I felt the difference after four or five sessions. I firmly believe in the results one can accomplish with the QFS programs and a little hard work."




QFS GENERAL CONDITIONING RESULTS

7 Week Time Period

*Size Increase

  1. 1 1/2 inches in claves (Both Legs)
  2. 2 inches in thighs (Both Legs)
  3. Gained 9 lbs.

*Speed Increase

  1. .11 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .10 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .10 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 3 1/2 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 5 1/2 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 4* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 8* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1/2 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 6:00 minute mile to a 4:45 minute mile
  2. Made it to the 22 mph Club
