"I am really glad I participaged in the Quicker, Faster, Stronger program. The program allowed me to get back in shape for the upcoming season and also helped me to improve my speed, quickness, agility, and strength. Even though there were times that I thought I could never complete a workout, the guys at QFS helped to teach me that there is no such word as "Can't." I would recommend QFS to anyone who is preparing for an upcoming season, for someone who wants to become a better athlete, or for anyone who just wants to get in better physical condition. QFS Level I BASEBALL RESULTS

3 Week Time Period

*Size Increase

  1. 1/2 inch in calves (Both Legs)
  2. Gained 2 lbs.

*Strength Increase

  1. 20 lb. increase in all 4 exercises on multi-hip machine
  2. 20 lb. increase on leg curl machine
  3. 20 lb. increase in calve raises

*Speed Increase

  1. .21 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .10 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .16 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test (averaged 7 extra touches per exercise)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 3 1/2 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 3 1/2 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 22* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 11* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1 3/4 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from an 8:30 minute mile to a 6:00 minute mile
