QFS Level II SOCCER RESULTS

13 Week Time Period

*Size Increase

  1. 1 inch in thighs (Both Legs)

*Strength Increase

  1. 30 lb. increase in all 4 exercises on multi-hip machine
  2. 30 lb. increase on leg curl machine
  3. 40 lb. increase in calve raise

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Average 2 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 2 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 2 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 5 1/2* increase in quadricep flexibility
  2. 1/4 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility

  1. Went from a high of 7 juggles to a high of 15 juggles

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from an 18:00 minute mile-and-a-half to a 15:00 minute mile-and-a-half
