*Speed Increase
- .18 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
- .09 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
- .10 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time
*Foot Speed Increase
- Average 2 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)
*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase
- 3 inches increase in vertical leap
- 2 1/2inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
- 4* increase in hamstring flexibility
- 1/4 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
- I.T. Band flexibility from tight to good
*Conditioning Increase
- Went from an 19:00 mile-and-a-half to a 15:00 minute mile-and-a-half
