QFS Level II VOLLEYBALL RESULTS

14 Week Time Period

*Size Increase

  1. 2 inches in thighs (Both Legs)

*Speed Increase

  1. .18 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .09 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .10 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Average 2 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 3 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 2 1/2inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 4* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 1/4 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  3. I.T. Band flexibility from tight to good

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from an 19:00 mile-and-a-half to a 15:00 minute mile-and-a-half
