QFS Level I SOCCER RESULTS

8 Week Time Period
Program: Soccer

*Size Increase

  1. 1/2 inch in calves (Both Legs)
  2. 1 1/2 inches in thighs (Both Legs)

*Speed Increase

  1. .30 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .21 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .15 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Average 4 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 2 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 7 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 9* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 6* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 10:00 minute mile to a 8:00 minute mile
  2. Made it to the 15 mph club
