"I feel that this was a great experience. When running down the field at games, both my parents and coach noticed a big difference in my speed and stride. I now feel confident at handling the soccer ball. I've also noticed a big difference in my kicks. When I kick the ball it goes straight and stays on the ground. My juggles have also improved a lot. When I first started QFS I could barely get 3 sets of 3, now I can get 3 easy sets of 7 or 8. If I really work at it, I can get 3 sets of 11."
