"I feel that this was a great experience. When running down the field at games, both my parents and coach noticed a big difference in my speed and stride. I now feel confident at handling the soccer ball. I've also noticed a big difference in my kicks. When I kick the ball it goes straight and stays on the ground. My juggles have also improved a lot. When I first started QFS I could barely get 3 sets of 3, now I can get 3 easy sets of 7 or 8. If I really work at it, I can get 3 sets of 11."

*Size Increase

  1. 1 inch in calves (Both Legs)
  2. 1 1/2 inches in thighs(Both Legs)
  3. Lost 3lbs.

*Strength Increase

  1. 80 lb. increase in all 4 exercises on multi-hip machine
  2. 70 lb. increase on leg curl machine
  3. 40 lb. increase in calve raise

*Speed Increase

  1. .28 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .19 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .11 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test (averaged 4 extra touches per exercise)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 3 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 3 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 11* and 16* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 8* and 11*increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1 1/4 and 1 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to good

*Soccer Skill Increase

  1. Went from a high of 3 sets of 3 juggles to 3 sets of 11 juggles

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 10:00 minute mile to a 7:15minute mile
