"Thank you so much for all that you have done for me. I have enjoyed being trained here and I feel it has really helped me. I appreciate the kindness that I was treated with here by Sam, Scott, Craig, and William. Even though I have grown in size since I first began QFS, I still have improved my speed and agility. I believe running on the treadmill and running sprints with the bungee cord tied around me were the best ways I was trained here. They were definitely my favorites. When I come back for Level Two here, I hope it will make me a scholarship football player. Thank You!!"




QFS Level I FOOTBALL RESULTS

10 Week Time Period

*Size Increase

  1. 1/2 inch in claves (Both Legs)
  2. 4 inches in thighs (Both Legs)

*Speed Increase

  1. .20 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .21 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .12 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Average 4 extra touches per exercise (Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 2 1/2 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 3 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 4* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 7* increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1/2 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility
  4. I.T. Band flexibility from very tight to tight

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Went from a 10:00 minute mile to a 7:00 minute mile
  2. Made it to the 21 mph club
