The fax viewer can be accessed from two places in the gefax program.
1) From the file browser that is opened by default. After selecting a file/s for faxing, select "File -> Preview Fax" from the main menu.
2) From the Fax History feature. This feature is described here.
Page navigation is controlled through the "Action" menu on the main menu bar. The options are self explanatory so I will not go into any detail.
Remember that the action menu is also available as a right click pop up menu for your convienience. The toolbar also has all viewer options.
You can turn the toolbar on by selecting "Viewer Toolbar" from the "View" menu on the main menu.
The default view size is relatively small and therefore you may wish to increase the size of the page display.
The "View" menu located on the main menu includes four options for changing the image view size.
The next time you access the viewer, the page will be scaled to the previous size.
Zoom In
This will increase the size of the view area untill a ratio of one to one pixel is reached.
Zoom Out
This will decrease the size of the view area.
Full Size
This will scale the image to a ratio of one image pixel to one screen pixel. (Maximum size)
Default Size
The image will be scaled to pre - determined size that gefax has set. The scale will almost fit wide an A4 fax page in the default window size.
The fax can be printed from the viewer. This feature is currently only available from the right click menu or the toolbar. On selecting this option, the print dialog will appear allowing you to prind a range of pages to the printer or a postscript file. The printing is done according to the settings specified in the Gefax setup dialog. (see Gefax Setup)
