The main HSI used on B777-200/300.This
makes it easier for the pilot to look at many things in
only one gauge.On the leftside shown is the speed
indicator counting in knots.On the rightside shown is the
attitude indicator counting in feet and depending on at
where the barometer pressure set.In the middle is the
aircraft indicator.Below is the heading indicator. Engine indication and crew alerting system (EICAS) The EICAS display provides essentially the same information as the current system on primary and secondary display pages:engine parameter(N1 speed,feul flow,oil pressure,oil temperature,oil quantity,engine vibration),crew alerting messages,exceedance logic,in-flight start envelope, and subsystem status. The EICAS display includes gear and flap position indicators that replace the current suite of analog dials and status lights.The system also provides enhanced flight controls and landing gear synoptic displays for more detailed information on system status. |
