Pilot registration form

In this form you will need to fill as the followings

1. Your name
2. Your last name
3. Your Email address
4. Fleet you are interested to fly
5. Re-enter your name if you are Thai.
6. After you have submited the form,you will recieve a message.
7. Your registration will be notified four days after you have submited the form and will recieve a confirmation email from us.
8. If you do not recieve a confirmation email. Please do not hesitate to email us at our email address.
