Taijiquan (Tai-Chi)
Tajiquan
is the way to train the spirit to control the mind, strengthen the body
and cure diseases. Anybody can practice irrespective of sex, age, physical
shape or strength. Tajiquan improves your body’s metabolism, your muscular
strength and elasticity. Balances your nervous system, breathing system,
digestive system, your circulatory system and your mental faculties.
Taken a step further Tajiquan becomes a self-defense system when applied
with Dim Mak, Fa-jing and Pushing Hands.
