THE CAMERON FAMILY

The Cameron family moved to Cumbernauld in 1983, before that we stayed in Partick Glasgow. My wife Alice lived in Partick before we were married, which was in 1977 in Partick, I came from Drumchapel Glasgow. we have three children who are George, Margaret Anne ,and Alan, my name is also Alan. · Our two dogs are yellow Labradors, the oldest is lady who was born on 20th Nov. 1996, Lucy was born on 24th Sept. 1999. · Lady loves the water and mud, she is not happy until she is covered in mud she just loves to roll in the mud. If Lady had her way she would swim all day. · Lucy is a shy and timid wee soul, she loves Lady and her other dog friends and can be quite playful with them. But if she meets someone or another dog she does not know, she will run and hide behind us. Lucy will only go into water up to her knees, and will not swim if she can help it.

Lady and Lucy both go to Cumbernauld dog training club, Lady has won road safety competition, and is trained at the moment by Margaret Anne, Lady is up to senior level. Lucy being both shy and playful is still at the beginners level, at times I think she will never move up to the next level. Lucy is also trained by Margaret Anne. Lady and Lucy’s best friend is Tansy, she was born in 1993 and is a very clever dog,Tansy is the top dog of the dog club, she is at the senior advanced level, she is trained by her owner and our close friend Christine. Other friends they have are Toby, Juno, Glen,Lara, Buster, Blue, Tara, Morgan and Flint, Rollo, Poppy, Jedd.
