Proposal Support

.  Prepare electrical and control systems specifications according to the project requirements to help our Client (Main Contractor) obtain best prices from local and foreign suppliers during bidding phase.

.  Prepare proposal technical write-up in accordance with the Owner Tender requirements.  This is to assure best evaluation of our client's proposal.

Evaluation

Technical evaluation of your suppliers' offers to assure compliance with Owner's project specifications.

Issue Engineering Documents

.  Instrumentation data sheets.

.  Electrical single and three line diagrams.

. Electrical schematic diagrams for equipment operation and protection.

Project Execution Support

Prepare equipment technical specification for our Client to place orders to suppliers.

Prepare submittal documents, including interface points list, according to Owner's instructions on behalf of our Client (Main Contractor).

Follow-up Owner's review of technical submittals.

Revise technical submittals as required until final approval.

Conduct technical co-ordination meetings with Owner, if required.

Provide clarification to sub-suppliers to expedite deliveries to support schedule.

Support Client (Main Contractor) in co-ordination meetings with Owner and sub-suppliers.

Review sub-suppliers' design data, drawings, and instruction manuals for compliance with contract specifications and interface requirements.

Suggest and document solutions for Construction and Start-up problemsthat may appear on site.

Provide local experienced start-up team to work under the supervision of the main equipment supplier.

Prepare documentation required for the performance and acceptance tests.

Prepare as built drawings for Owner's use.

Provide claims support.
