I've been a member here about 7 years now...

For the first 4 and 1/2 years it was Powerhouse Gym but now it's CA Lifestyle Fitness Club.  New owner, new equipment, yet they honored my pre-paid Powerhouse membership. But the new owner is a great guy (just as before), and I've since re-upped to stay on. Machines are newer and nicer, too.

Besides, as long as there's a squat rack, a cage, and room to deadlift, I'm good to go! 







Just wish they were still open to midnight during the week, but that had already changed (to 11:00 PM) back when it was still a Powerhouse franchise.
