Tree Reflection in Sprague Lake
Rocky Mountain National Park - Northern Colorado
This picture was taken early one morning from the east shore of Sprague Lake. It is a great location for early morning reflections of mountains. There is a road leading to a parking lot and the west shore of the lake is only a few yards from the parking lot. There is a mostly level trail that winds around the lake shore. The film is Fuji Velvia. The lake applet was provided by David Griffiths.

This picture was taken the same morning and from very near the same location as the above tree reflection photo. I chose to leave out the mountain itself and photograph just the reflection. The film is Fuji Sensia II 100. It is not quite as colorful as Fuji Velvia. The saturation in this photo was increased just a bit in Photoshop. The water surface applet was provided by Fabio Ciucci.
