GRAHAM
whelped August 2002
Am. Ch, UKC GRCH, UAGII, UCD Ch. Will O'Wisp Touch of Frost, CD, OA, OAJ X Logwood's Spring Song

Graham is OFA-Excellent, SS-12562E24M-PI, vWD clear by parentage, OptiGen normal #06-6051. Graham is proven.

Graham was bred and is co-owned with Colleen Golding of Woodland Farm in Maine. Thank you Colleen for allowing Graham to come to Breakaway.  Graham's father was one of our buddies here in Michigan, Am UKC Grand Ch. Will O'Wisp Touch of Frost, Ben was owned by Dr. Beth Krause.  Ben passed away too young in June, 2009. Thanks to Beth and her mom Cynthia for helping me find Graham.

Graham finished his Canadian championship on June 30, 2006 at the first day of the four day circuit in Sarnia, Canada. He was handled to his championship by my special friend Pat Gustafson of Agape Shelties.  He finished with 3 pt, 5 pt, and 5pt wins, going Group 1 from the classes in 2006.

Graham goes WD, BOW, BOS for two more AKC points May12, 2007 and WD, BOW the next day, handled by Julie Grandquist of Hjalt Shelties. Memorial Day 2008 weekend Graham added another two points to his total. He now needs his two majors to finish, hopefully 2009 will be the year.  Thank you Julie for the excellent job you do with your client dogs.

Memorial Day weekend 2009 found Graham with yet another major reserve. June 13, 2009 Graham gets another major reserve at the Troy OH shows under judge L. Terricone.

At the Duluth show on Friday, July 10, 2009, judge Jon Cole gave Graham WD, BW for a 4 point major. One major to go.

After a year off due to handler error, Julie fell in 2010 and had to have surgery. Her dogs pushed her down the stairs. I think they ganged up on her so they didn't have to go to shows. On May 30, 2011, Memorial Day, Graham finished his American championship at the Greater Muskegon show with a 3pt major. Thank you goes to Julie Grandquist for her determination and handling ability. Julie thank you from the bottom of my heart.

NOAH

Ch. Jade Mist Memorandum X Ch. Neahm's Kiss Me Kate
Thanks to Chris Lynch for the beautiful picture of Noah taken in Nov. 2007.

Thank you to Mary and Walt Christensen of Neahm Shelties for letting Noah come into my life.  Noah is co-owned with Pat Gustafson and Mary Christensen, but resides here at Breakaway. Noah is vWD clear by parentage and OFA SS-15309G38M-PI, and eyes clear.

At his very first show, the ASSA 2005 National, Noah made a cut in his Futurity class along with his two brothers.  His mom Ch. Neahm's Kiss Me Kate (bred and owned by the Christensen's) won an Award of Merit, and his grandsire, Ch. Ilemist As You Like It, won the stud dog class. Noah is now proven. His first son from his first litter, Breakaway's Pink Floyd, finished his UKC Championship in 2010.

Noah finished his AKC championship on April 5, 2008 at the Saginaw Valley KC under Carl Anderson. A very big thanks to Julie Spayde his handler of the excellent grooming and handling you do.

Noah started the pursuit of his UKC championship in Oct 2009.  At his first show he went BOB and Group 2.  At the 2010 USSA Specialty he went Best Male.

Noah is now in his retirement home with Becky Sabourin of Wyndlor Poms on Midland, MI.

Ch. Neahm's Remember Me X Breakaway's Light Touch
Floyd is a sable merle as his mother is a bi-blue

Floyd is OFA SS-16991G35M-VPI, both his parents are vWD clear by parentage. At the UKC Premier show on June 12, 2009 Floyd went BM for 25pt. this was his  first time in the ring. Saturday, June 13 at the United Shetland Sheepdog Association specialty he received BM for 25 pt  from breeder judge Pam Moore. He won his class two other times for 10 pts each. This brings his total to 70 pts., not bad for his first time out and in one weekend. Floyd finished his UKC Ch. at the 2010 USSA Specialty. He went Best Male at the Premier on Saturday July 10, 2010 for 25 pts, and received his last needed points by winning his class at the Specialty that same day, he went RBM to his dad Remember Me. He finished in five shows.

We hope to start Floyd's quest for his AKC championship fall of 2011 with Julie Spayde.
