"OK
boys, one more!" the photographer
snapped away
another shot. 3 hours of
mindless photographing, half of the pictures
probably terrible, but a few good enough to
land a spot on the cover of their next album
and single. Tiring, yes. Rewarding, hardly.
Hopping lively down from the platform,
Darren entered another room, collapsing on a
couch. Daniel followed. "So what do you
wanna do?" asked Daniel.
"Well," Darren started, "We
could go
somewhere and eat."
"Good plan," Daniel agreed, he too,
feeling a
bit hungry.
In the car, while Darren was staring out the
window, he was thinking. They had to prep
for the VH-1 show, Hard Rock Live, being in
New York already, the show was only
days away.
It was already quite dark for 7pm, as they
pulled into a quaint little cafe. Inside,
beat
poets occupied the stage, and there was no
fear of being recognized. They found
themselves in a cozy circular booth near the
back of the place.
Darren slid up against Daniel and squeezed
his hand tenderly. A waitress approached.
They gave her their orders, and she didn't
give them a second glance.
When their food arrived, Daniel started
playing
with his, almost in a nervous or compulsive
manner. Darren, being the comedian that he
was, was copying every move Daniel made.
This resulted in a bit of a mess and both of
them were giggling like teenaged
girls. Just then, Daniel's pager went off. It
was
set on vibrate, so he almost jumped from the
shock of it. Darren thought this was
hilarious.
"Damn," Daniel said, agitated,
"I thought I
broke it off..." Dan continued, in
reference to a
relationship.
Daz looked at the pager and recognized the
number as Dan's X-Girlfriend, Michelle.
Daniel
wanted to call her back to see why she was
paging him. He kissed Darren full on the lips
and sought out a payphone.
Darren sat, picking at his food, not as upset
as surprised that Michelle had paged Daniel.
To his understanding, they didn't have a very
pretty end to their relationship. Daniel
returned, rolling his eyes and shaking his
head.
"What did she want?" Darren asked,
sweetly
brushing a strand of hair off Daniel's
forehead.
"She wanted to know when I'm coming back
to Brisbane; She wants us to get back
together; and for a kicker, she didn't tell
her
parents we broke up so they still think a
wedding is going to be on soon," Daniel
gushed, annoyed and frustrated with his X.
"What did you tell her?"
"That there is absolutely NO WAY we can
get
back together, we have split our separate
ways and that's that," Dan answered.
Darren embraced his lover and smiled
happily. Daniel smiled back and kissed his
cheek. Darren looked back up at him. "I
love
you," he whispered, softly, passionately
into
his ear, then he kissed him on the neck, and
buried his face into Daniel's shoulder for a
moment. Daniel got up, grabbed Daz's arm
and pulled him along, having already laid the
tip and paid the bill. They left, got into
the car
and headed for Darren's New York flat.
After entering and locking the door behind
them, Darren noticed a new message on his
answering machine. He didn't really want to
listen to the message, but Daniel wanted to
see who it was from.
"Hey Daz," the message started, it
was their
manager, John Woodruff. "So about the
start
of the tour and the NY show---" Darren
deleted
the message. They had had this talk with
John about the tour before, and he didn't
want
to spoil anything now
and get all stressed out with the concept of
the world tour.
Unconsciously, he drug Daniel across the
room, to the stairs, instinctively grabbing a
bowl of fruit on the way up.
Once in his room, Darren locked the door as
if
anyone could get into the already locked
apartment, but you could never be too
careful. Darren set his goodies down and
turned to Daniel. Dan seemed to have his
own little plan.
Pushing Darren over, onto the bed, he got on
top of him, drawing the curtains of the
Victorian-style canopy bed. Daz was writhing
and squirming beneath him, and they were
both once again giggling like schoolgirls.
They calmed down, staring into each other's
eyes.
It was then that he felt Dan's erection on
his
upper thigh. He slid out from underneath him,
and pushed Daniel over, so that now he was
on top, and began passionately kissing Daniel
on the lips, face, and neck. Dan responded by
pulling him down close
to his chest and holding him tight. They
continued to kiss, every flick of the tongue
designed to make the other closer to climax.
Darren, now only in his boxers, as was
Daniel, slid down and buried his head
between his lovers' legs. Darren ever so
slowly removed Daniel's undergarb, and
found his mouth, now almost full with saliva,
going down on Daniel's erect manhood.
They were both breathing heavily now.
Daniel let out an orgasmic moan, which only
fueled Darren's desire to go on.
After a few lashes of the tongue, Daniel
came.
The liquid oozing into Darren's mouth, down
his neck, drinking, lapping up every drop.
Daniel felt about ready to die, it was that
intoxicating. Darren worked his way back up
to Daniel, very close himself
to climax, and kissed him once more. Daniel
knew what he had to do.
As Daniel was about to go down on him,
Darren had a strange thought. What if,
somehow, their fans found out about what
was going on right now. He wondered what
impact it would have on them. Then he
dismissed the thought, as he could think of
nothing else except how good Daniel was at
performing oral sex. He knew he was going to
cum, perhaps worse than his mate had
shortly before, and Daniel knew it too.
The groan escaping his lips-expressing more
orgasm than with any woman-was a
forewarning. Half a second later, it
happened.
Daniel even went so far as to grab a
strawberry from the fruit bowl, get it
covered
in Darren's cum, then eat it.
Soon after, as Daniel's face appeared close
to
his, a wave of very powerful emotions hit
him. The realization of how much he LOVED,
actually loved, Daniel. It was almost
choking.
Back in their boxers, it was onto the kissing
game.
At that moment, as Daniel was caressing him
in the most loving manner, he would have
succumbed to anything, if only the words had
been uttered by his love.
Once again, he zoned out into his own private
world, thinking about how he wouldn't be
able to breathe without Daniel there beside
him. The bond there was strong, they were
more than just musical soulmates. They were
soulmates in every sense of the word. Darren
realized Daniel was the one for him, the one
he had been searching for. He had never felt
so deeply about one person before. He was
beamed back down to earth as Daniel was on
a mission to cover every inch of Darren's
face
in kisses.
But now, he was tired. Almost surrendering to
sleep, he thought of how happy he would be
when he awoke in the
night, to see and feel his lover beside him.
He
smiled, kissed Daniel goodnight and fell
victim
to the pleasant dimness, satisfied to the
fullest
with whom he was with.
