Inuyasha Character Bios
On the left, is Inuyasha, as a full-demon, in the middle is him in his normal 1/2 demon state, and the image on the right is Inuyasha's mortal form.Inuyasha Inuyasha is a half demon that is seeking to acquire the ancient Shikon Jewel to become a full-fleged demon. He falls in love with the priestess Kikyo 50 years, and is decieved by the demon, Naraku, which forces Kikyo to give up her own life, and pin Inuyasha to the Sacred tree, before Kagome arrives in the feudal era, and releases him. He now helps Kagome find the shards of the sacred jewel, and fights off all of the enemies that face them along the way, and falls in love with her, like he did with Kikyo. He later inherets his fathers sword, Tetsusaiga, which contols his demonic nature. He eventually turns full-demon when Goshinki (A creation of Naraku) destroys Tetsusaiga, and leaves Inuyasha near death. Totosai, the swordmaker who created Tetsusaiga, remakes the Tetsusaiga, and helps Inuyasha regain his contol over his powers. A secret of Inuyasha is that every month, on the night of the New Moon, he reverts to a full-human state. Inuyasha also has an older brother names Sesshomaru, who despises Inuyasha.

On the left is one of my favorite images of Kagome, and on the right, is her showing off her archery skills!Kagome Kagome is the reincarnation of the ancient priestess Kikyo, and also brought the Shikon Jewel back to the feudal era. She loses the jewel, and it scatters all across the land. Now, Kagome, along with Inuyasha try to track down the shards of the Sacred Jewel, to also stop the forces of evil from slaying everyone and taking over the world. She later falls in love with Inuyasha as they get to know each other a lot better. Kagome is also well know for her catch-phrase "Sit Boy!!", which befalls Inuyasha (FYI, if you want to know more, watch Episode 2! ^.^) Kagome, overall, is a nice person to Inuyasha, and is his first real friend, other than Kikyo.

Kikyo Kikyo is an ancient priestess from the feudal era, and is Inuyasha's one true love. She wanted to help the 1/2 demon Inuyasha become fully-human with the powers of the Sacred Jewel. The Demon, Onigumo (Later known as Naraku) decieves both Inuyasha and Kikyo into hating each other, and causing Inuyasha to kill Kikyo, but be pinned by Kikyo's Sacred Arrow, pinning him to the sacred tree, before she dies. She comes back 50 years, later, reborn with a body of clay, created by ,and needing to absorbs souls in order to live. She now only wants to get revenge for the actions that Inuyasha did 50 years earlier.

Myoga the Flea *No Pictures Available*

Myoga is a flea demon that accompanies Inuyasha, and is said to be the sole protector of Inuyashas father's (Inutaisho's) tomb
First Appearance - Episode 5 - Aristocratic Assassin, Sesshomaru
The left picture shows Sesshomaru with Jaken and Rin, while the second pic is of Sesshomaru's Demon Dog Form, and the other is just Sesshomaru himself!
Sesshomaru
Sesshomaru is Inuyasha's older brother who seeks to get the powerful sword, Tetsusagia from Inuyasha, by anymeans necessary. He even teams up with Inuyasha's worst enemy, Naraku, to try and stop Inuyasha. But, Inuyasha's brother is one of the strongest of all of the characters on Inuyasha (so Far.) Sesshomru travels around with an imp named Jaken (who, at times, can be funny!), and carries a sword that his father, a powerful dog-demon, once owned named Tensusaiga, which has the powers to bring creatures back from the dead! He uses it for the first time to restore the life of a little girl named Rin, who actually saved Sesshomarus life, by using Tensusaiga on Sesshomaru. He later acquires a sword that is made from the fang of a demon-incarnation named Goshinki , called Tokygin, to use against Inuyasha's Tetsusaiga. Even now, he continues to squable with Inuyasha!! He travels with Jaken, an underling, and Rin, who saved him.

Jaken
Jaken is Sesshomarus little imp slave that does whatever hes told to do. He carries around a "Staff of Skulls" that helps to track the location of Tetsusaiga (and Inuyasha,for that matter). Otherwise, very little is known about Jaken

Shippo is a kitsune fox (a demon fox, if you wondered) that has strong magic abilties. He joins Inuyasha reluctantly after the Thunder Brothers, Heten and Monten slay his demon father, and when he also stole the Jewel Shards that Inuyasha and Kagome had gathered. Hes cute when it comes to looks, but does pack a little bit of a punch when it comes to hs demonic powers. He also gets picked on a lot by Inuyasha, because of his small stature.

The pic on the left shows Miroku using his Wind Tunnel, and on the right is a photo of him being the "pimp" that he tries to be. Its one of my favorites!!
Miroku
Miroku is a monk that was cursed by the demon, Naraku, and now seeks to destroy Naraku before the wind-tunnel in his right hand (Naraku's curse on Miroku's family) sucks him into the void that lies within his right hand. Its is his curse, it is his gift, you can say (that quote was from the 1st Spider Man Movie). He uses his powers as a monk, to drive away prsences from area vilages, and "womanizes" the cuter villagers! He is sort of a pervert, but when he goes for Sango's tush, and gets slapped for it, its hillarious!! Anyways, he joins up with Inuyasha and Kagome to try to break the curse that Naraku casted on him and his family. He secretly loves Sango, and always meets with any girl/woman and asks them if they will "bear his childeren!" Anyways, he kidnaps Kagome when he learns that she can sense the sacred jewel, but later joins up with them.

Sango
Sango comes from a long line of demon exterminators, who destroy demons, and use parts of those demons as crude weapons. Naraku saught out and destroyed all but two of the demon slayers, Kohaku (Sango's younger brother, who Naraku possesed amd forced him to kill almost all of his family, and Sango herself, who was at one point or another, kept alive by a shard of the Shikon jewel. She even attacked Inuyasha, because Naraku stated to her that he had slained her entire village. She eventually came to her senses (after Inuyasha basically takes her out) and joins up with Inuyasha and everyone else. She has a small little demon named Kirara that can transform into a powerful fire-breathing demon. She also secretly loves Miroku, even though he tries to play the role of the playa! Sango is one of the liveliest people in Inuaysha's party, and uses a wooden boomerang to get her tasks acomplished. She also kinda resembles Kikyo in a way, but has no real relation to her or the sacred jewel. Her village, however, was the birthplace of the Shikon no Toma.

Naraku
Naraku (also known as Onigumo, in flashbacks from 50 years earler) was creted from numerous demons. Hes the reason why Inuyasha was pinned by Kikyo to the Sacred Tree. He's also why Kikyo was killed 50 years before Kagome arrives. He also holds most of the Shikon Jewel!! Hes why Mirokus got a cursed windtunnel in his right hand, hes why Sango tried to kill Inuyasha, and is also the reason why Sesshomaru wields the sword of evil, Tokygin! He's even created several reincarnations of himself! Kagura of the Wind, Kanna of the Void, Goshinki, Jiromaru, Kagaromaru, and was responsble for the revival of the demon Ryokotesusei!

Koga is Inuyasha's rival when it comes to Kagome, here is an interesting pic of Koga
Koga
Koga is a memeber of the wolf-demon cub tribe, and is the leader of the wolf-pack. He also ha a love interest in Kagome, and her ablity to sense the Sacred Jewel. He is also Inuyashas main rival when it comes to Kagome, and he uses the power of the Sacred Jewel to increase his stealthy attack powers. Rumor is that Koga is already engaged with another wolf tribe member named Ayame, but no details are known about this at the present time. Koga is a dangerous character, except in the eyes of Inuyasha, who sees him as nothing. Koga lets Inuyasha know about his powers, as well as some poor name-calling on his behalf.

Rin
Much about Rins past is unknown at this time. She was found by Sesshomaru (rather, she found him) and was helped by the demon with the Tensusaiga, when she was nearly killed by a demon. She also helped Sesshomaru by Using the Tensusaiga on the nearly dead Sesshomaru. She now follows along with Sesshomaru and Jaken.

Ayame
Ayame is Koga's secret admireer, and is in love with Koga. Since they first met when they were younger, Ayame and Koga made a promise under a Lunar Rainbow that one day they would become husband and wife. Koga has since backed out on that recalling that he didn't make that kind of promise to her. Ayame is also the leader of the Wolf Demon tribe in the Northern Mountains

Tsubaki *No Pictures available*
Tsubaki is Kikyo's rival and a master of the dark arts. 50 years before Kagome arrives in the feudal era, Tsubaki was cursed by Kikyo, when she tried cursing Kikyo.She was at that time Kikyo's rival, with nearly equal power to that of Kikyo's. Fifty Years later, she now partners up with Naraku to try and take down Inuyasha's lover, and the reincarnated form of Kikyo, Kagome. She almost kills Kagome, when she puts a curse on the nearly completed Shikon Jewel. Tsubaki now, is mostly a demon now, having given herself to a demon, when she was cursed by Kikyo 50 years earlier, to preserve her youth and age.
