Chapter 16: Girl Talk

Back in Canada Lauren, Michelle, Tracey, Mel, Jessica, and Danielle are at the mall shopping for school clothes.

Inside Old Navy:

"That looks so cute on you. Get it!" Jessica said as Mel admired the purple colored sweater in the mirror.

"Yeah it does look pretty good. I will." Mel runs off to pay for it

"I think I'll get this shirt." Michelle says admiring a blue sweatshirt and follows Mel.

"So Tracey what do you want for your birthday?" Lauren asks

"Haven't really thought about it." Tracey replies

"Well let us know soon okay?" Danielle asks

By this time Mel and Michelle are back and the girls take off to the food court for lunch.

"Ok now what's this news you just have to tell us Michelle? Did Taylor call?" Jessica asks all excited

"Yes! He called last nite! I almost dropped the phone, I couldn't believe it!" Michelle shrieks

"OMG what did he say?" Danielle blurts out at the same time as Tracey yells "ALLLLLLRIGHT GO Michelle!"

Michelle laughs shyly and grins "He just wanted to know what's up."

"Yeah sure Michelle we believe you. What's the scoop?" Mel replies

"Ok Ok you got me. He wants to hang out next time they're in Canada! Can you believe it?!" Michelle grins again

"Sweet! When will that be?" Danielle asks

"In a few months! They're doing promo at MuchMusique and I'm invited!"

"Cool! Can I come?!" Tracey asks

"To Much? Yeah probably. I'll ask."

"Ok cool thanks!"
