Building and Refurbishment Services:

 We offer most Building Maintenance services through our small works department including Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering for which we undertake full Kitchen and Bathrooms and full Refurbishments to a very good standard. We are a member of the UK Trades Confederation to bring all our clients peace of mind that you are choosing a fully competent contractor. We do not choose to promote this area of our business to heavily as we are often kept busy by our existing clients and recommendations. Our rates are inline with any of our more respected competitors and we can often be quotes with out the need to use inferior labour or materials or avoid costly extras where possible unlike some other companies.

 We work for numerous clients including Home Owners, Home Buyers, Insurance Assessors, Estate Agents as well as regular contracts with other commercial organizations.

 We can undertake all insurance works upon request and are also seeking to expand our client list to include local well known establishments such as churches and schools etc.

 We undertake our works using only top quality time served tradesman and accept contracts ranging £100 to £500,000 for which we can supply you with a full 30-Year Guarantee for Damp-Proofing and Timber Preservation and a 10-Year Guarantee for our specialist below ground tanking.

 We also work in accordance with BWPDA Regulations and also abide by the guidelines set out by the UK Trades Confederation for which we are a fully vetted member for your protection.
