Survey Services:

 Our specialist Damp-Proofing and Timber Preservation surveys are undertaken by our fully approved local surveyors. We cover most areas for our damp and timber surveys in and around the London and Kent area for which we supply you with a full professional report where required.

 Our full written reports which can be used as part of your mortgage lenders agreement as well as surveys for re mortgaging and for any reasons that you may require them. Our surveys include diagnostics for problems such as rising damp causes and cures, Wood boring insect inspection, basement restoration and specialist re plastering to name just a few.

 Our surveys are Free in certain areas so if you call our office and we can get full details of your requirements and let you know if you would qualify for a Free Survey.

 We can also undertake a full property inspection when you decide to purchase a property for basic guidance including Roof, Gutters, Internal Decorations and External repairs to name just a few. We could provide you with a estimated cost prior to you completing on the property through our Building and Refurbishment department but I would stress this would be for guidance only for which we would we would not be held  legally responsible for under taking the works or for any items that are later found that were unforeseen upon the survey. There would be a £100 charge for such surveys for which you may then use to get the value of the property decreased in the event that the actual cost of works exceed expectations which can save you many thousands of pounds.
