... I believe my gggg grandfather to be Thomas C. Mozingo who had to be born in Richmond b? He married a Rebecca Jones in 1813 and my ggg grandfather Charles Thomas Mozingo was born in 1815 I believe in Richmond. Between 1820 and 1830 Thomas and Rebecca must have moved from Richmond to Westmoreland counties because the 1830 census show them there. Thomas is reflected in the 1850 census with Rebecca as still living in Westmoreland at age 68 and then he is not on the 1860 census at all. I have not confirmed this connection to Thomas and Rebecca yet but I am almost certain of it. ... Bill
