I Mark Mozingo Sr. of the county ofWayne and State of North
Carolina being of sound mind and memory, but considering,it~ uncertainty of my earthly existence, do make and declare this my:last Will and
Testame~ m manner and form following, that is to Say: First I give and
devise to my beloved wife f1l privelege of all that we now have as long as she may live

Second and to my daughter Fannie the same privelege as long as she remains single -Third I have given to R F Moaing;o my old~ Son one home bridle & saddle

I give and devise to my youngest daughter Innie one bed and furniture,one cow 8t calf, and there increase And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my trusted friend W. T. Smith my lawful executor to all itirns and purposes to execute this my last will and Testament according to the true intent acid meaning of the same and every part and clause thereof.
