The following photos are of what one can go through living with aids and what the youth and world as a whole are doing to combat hiv

 

ASHAMED

A mother weeps besides the bed of her sick daughter at an hospital .Getting the virus at an early stage is dangerous as you can be looked at as dead before you are.

HELPLESS

Workers help transfer a man suffering from AIDS-related diseases from his home to an ambulance.The AIDS virus can make one very helpless.

WORKING HARD TO HELP

A diggerworks at dawn at a cemetary in . Some 126 diggers work every day to bury around 50 bodies, many of them AIDS victims. Funeral processions arrive every 15 to 20 minutes. Of the 52 bodies this digger buried the day this picture was taken, 43 were between 19 and 50 years old

CAMPAIGN

The campaign against aids by various state leaders,religoius groups and many others will help combat the spread of aids by bringing it's effects to the lime light.
