Namilyango College has a well trained, hardworking teaching staff of about 41 teachers who are well motivated. The teachers not only perform their proffessional academic obligations, but also constitute a very reliable advisory and supervisory panel for students.

The College has a supportive staff in various departments to facilitate its smooth running. These include: Bursars, Nurses, Cooks, a caterer, Quartermaster, Laboratory technicians, Librarians, Drivers and casual workers.

The collective contribution of the teachers, the non-teaching staff and the adminisration has helped the school to be what it is today.
