Homer makes a deal with Bart. If Bart gets a "C" average on his report card, he can go to Kamp Krusty for the summer. If he does not, he stays home. When final grades are handed out, Bart receives straignt D's. He forges them into A-pluses and shows Homer his report card. Homer knows that Bart has doctored the grades but wants a Bart-free summer and lets him got o Kamp Krusty anyway. Lisa, Bart, and other friends arrive at the camp, which is run by a tyrant named Mr. Black and his squad of thugs, Dolph, Jimbo, and Kearney. Expecting fun, the kids instead are subjected to grueling exercises, squalid living conditions, and bad food. While their kids are suffering, Homer and Marge are living it up. Homer even grows hair and loses weight. When Mr. Black tries unsuccessfully to pass off a loo-alike Krusty to the kids, Bart leads a revolt. Krusty finds out how his camp is being run and immediately flies in from Wimbledon to apoligize. Loading the kids onto a bus, he sends them to the happiest place on earth--Tijuana. |
